Empowering intergenerational collaboration, innovation and productivity at work
Member virtual insight session with Rebecca Robins

Wednesday 22 April 2026
12-1 pm (BST)
Virtual via Zoom

We’re delighted to welcome Rebecca Robins, a leading global expert and advisor on brand leadership and intergenerational collaboration, and co-author of 'Five Generations at Work: How We Win Together, For Good'.

For the first time in history, we have up to five generations at work. When harnessed well, this diversity can be a powerful driver of innovation, performance and long-term competitiveness.

In this interactive session, Rebecca will explore how organisations can unlock the full potential of generational diversity - fostering stronger collaboration, fresh thinking and greater productivity. She’ll share practical insights and real-world examples, along with actionable strategies you can apply in your own workplace. There will also be time for you to ask your questions and share your own experience. We do hope you'll join us!

Chartered Management Institute: Grounded Leaders
Member peer roundtable lunch

Tuesday 19 May 2026
12-2 pm (BST)
Kindly hosted by CMI, 77 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6SR

We’re delighted to be joined by Pru Shelton, Head of Research at CMI, who will share insights from their new “Grounded Leaders” research – Investigating the Barriers to First-Line Management for Young Women in the UK.

The research explores the structural, cultural and behavioural factors that constitute the "broken rung" for young women in the UK, and aims to develop a robust, evidence-based framework of solutions for employers and policymakers. During the lunch, we will discuss the central question of the research: what stops young women from becoming managers, and how do we fix it?

This lunch is designed for HR and inclusion professionals from our member organisations, offering an opportunity to share best practice, make meaningful connections, ask questions, and learn from each other’s experiences.
