How to engage men with Santander

For this Case Study Live, we were delighted to be joined by Drew Gibson, Head of Inclusion, Belonging and Wellbeing and Dale Mullen, Commercial Relationship Director at Santander UK who shared how Santander is engaging men in the gender equality debate through parenting.

It was a great discussion and thank you to Drew and Dale for sharing their own personal experiences of fatherhood in such an open way. There were lots of learnings on shared parental leave, support from family and carers networks and the importance of having open conversations.

If you’re looking to enhance the parental support on offer in your organisation, or are interested in hearing more about how to involve men in the gender debate and coaching for parents, then do get in touch to see how we can support.
