For our first Case Study Live, we were delighted to be joined by Anita Jewitt and Anne Kavanagh, both partners at law firm Irwin Mitchell, who shared their experiences of being promoted to partner whilst juggling family commitments. Irwin Mitchell are trailblazers in gender equality, with 72% of colleagues being female and an equal number of male and female partners.

It was a fantastic discussion and lots of great learnings on how Irwin Mitchell supported their career journeys, including the importance of role models, flexible working and sponsorship.
