Job sharing with Asda and Refuge

For this Case Study Live, we were delighted to be joined by Chloe Fletcher, Senior Director Finance Transformation at Asda and Katie Hillitt, Head of Philanthropy at Refuge who shared their direct experience of job sharing and explored how it can support the retention of women in the workplace and promote gender equality.
