Anna Price

Anna Price was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism over ten years ago, and is a parent of two disabled daughters - one autistic and the other with Down’s syndrome, autism, and ADHD – she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work in equity and inclusion. She understands firsthand the challenges and systemic barriers faced by disabled individuals and their families, and focuses on the compounding effects of intersectional identity to create meaningful change through advocacy, education, practical programmes and strategies.

With a background in designing and delivering impactful organisational and cultural change, Anna specialises in helping build truly inclusive environments that embrace diversity in all its forms. Her approach combines real-world insights with research-led best practices, helping to ensure workplaces, educational settings, and public spaces are accessible and welcoming for all.

Anna is particularly passionate about challenging assumptions, shifting perspectives, and empowering leaders to take proactive steps toward genuine inclusion. Whether that’s focusing on the development of inclusive products and services, facilitating the adoption of inclusive language and communication, delivering workshops, or sharing her experiences as a speaker or mentor, she strives to foster spaces where every individual feels valued, understood, and supported.

With over 25 years of experience spanning multiple sectors, from micro-businesses to FTSE 100 organisations, Anna has dedicated her career to driving equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Anna has contributed to numerous change programmes as a consultant, mentor, and influencer, working with organisations such as ACAS, Amazon, Mattioli Woods, and SportFIVE. She has also appeared on the BBC, in national press, and on various radio shows and podcasts, advocating for greater understanding and action in disability, neurodiversity and systemic inclusion.

Challenging assumptions, shifting perspectives, and fostering open conversations are at the heart of Anna’s approach. Her work with leaders, educators, and teams to provide practical strategies that create lasting, meaningful change drives the belief that inclusion isn’t just about policies - it’s about people; about culture, attitudes, and the everyday actions that shape experiences.
