Lalith Wijedoru

Dr Lalith Wijedoru is passionate about human connection. His modality? Storytelling. He works across many work sectors helping leaders and employees craft, reflect, and share their true, personal narratives. He has been part of UK national award-winning teams in staff and employee engagement using this storytelling approach. He is a Strategic Partner of the All-In Diversity Project.

He was a guest on Emmy Award-winning US TV chat show host Montel Williams' Free Thinking podcast talking about the use of storytelling for emotional wellbeing. He was the key contributor to BBC Radio 4's Lockdown Legacy: The Medics tapping into his contributions to the NHS Voices of COVID-19 oral history project now archived in the British Library.
